Each item is manufactured and finished in our studio according to your configuration and wishes. We look at every thread and every embroidery to fulfill your special request. There are over four million variants to choose from and no other identical item with your chassis number.

Ordering and Shipping
We ship throughout Europe with DHL and tracking, so that your high-quality package arrives safely.
We manufacture each special request individually to order, find the right yarn, check the quality and package everything - as befits a high-quality and individual product.
For this reason, the delivery time can be up to 15 working days, but it is usually faster.
Article
The finished product looks much better! The stick really stands out and has a wonderful texture.
The configurator is only used to conveniently create your special request and visualize it for you.
We selected the colors and yarns very carefully and in different lighting situations to get as close as possible to the original tones.
Of course, a fabric is not varnish, but it still looks great.

We understand that a special request item is not a cheap pleasure. This is explained as follows:

There are almost four million possible combinations and additional personal customizations. For this reason, each special order item is made individually and only after the order has been placed.
materials
The materials and raw materials are designed for quality, appearance and durability over many washing cycles so that you can enjoy our products for a long time.
working hours
From creating the perfect embroidery file to selecting the optimal threads and perfectly setting up the machine to final inspection and high-quality packaging, we need a lot of working time.
production
We refine in Germany and it will stay that way.
exclusivity
Special requests, like your vehicle, are only for real enthusiasts and are therefore reserved for a specific group of people.
This is a very high quality, custom made and exclusive item for enthusiasts.
There are therefore no SALES, discounts or discount codes.
Please feel free to send us a message if you are missing options or have a very special request that needs to be fulfilled.
We have already created some special options for you, such as:
- Unique chassis number
- special paint finishes
- Limited special models with correct numbering (upon presentation of proof of ownership.)

You won't see anyone else with the same special request any time soon.
With the standard options from our configurator alone, over four million (4,000,000) variants are possible. If you choose personalization, such as chassis numbers, you will receive a unique item.
Our limited editions are very popular and only exist in a certain number of pieces.
It’s worth being quick, because once it’s gone, it’s gone.
Only wash like colors together, turn the sweater inside out and use a protective bag if possible. The item should not be ironed on the stick to avoid shrinking.
Otherwise, please follow the care instructions .
Return & Warranty
Since the item is made especially for you, returns are not possible.
Please use our size guide to be on the safe side.
The special request item is custom-made according to your wishes and therefore cannot be returned.
If you are dissatisfied or a defect has crept in despite careful inspection, please send us pictures and we will take care of the matter immediately.
